Our Shopping Protocols

In line with government and local health authority guidance, we have taken precautions to ensure you have an enjoyable shopping experience.

Please visit the relevant Village website to find out which of the following procedures apply in the Village you are visiting.

Social distancing

Social-distancing measures are in place throughout the Villages. We are also limiting the number of guests in each Village, as well as in the boutiques, at any one time.

Cleaning

Please be aware that increased cleaning schedules and deep cleaning are in place throughout the Villages. Hand sanitisers and hand-washing facilities are also available throughout the Villages.

Digital queuing

To respect social distancing, we ask that you don't queue in front of the boutiques. Instead you can take advantage of our new digital queuing system which allows you to reserve your place in an online queue at selected boutiques.

Digital navigation

We recommend guests use our interactive digital maps to find their way through the Villages.

Restaurants

Certain restaurants are temporarily offering takeaway options only and e-menus are available. All our food and beverage facilities are regularly sanitised.

Contactless payment

Please choose contactless payment options where possible.

Face covering

Please follow government guidance in respect of face covering.
