Simply contact the boutique by phone, video call, email or WhatsApp. The choice is yours.
At a time that and from a place that suits you, enjoy a virtual consultation with the boutique via your chosen method of communication. The team will share the boutique’s collections and latest offers with you.
Once you’ve selected the item(s) you’d like to purchase, the boutique will put them aside for you. You’ll then receive confirmation of your purchase by email and can collect them after 2 hours.
Different payment methods are available depending on the policy of each boutique.

You can enter the Village through the Welcome Center - see the map here. Ring the doorbell of the boutique you made your reservation at. You may not enter the boutique, but the team will greet you immediately and prepare your order.
