How does it work?

  1. Sign in

    Log in to your account via our website or the app.

  2. Scan

    Scan your unique code with every purchase in Village. When shopping virtually, screenshot the QR code from your membership account and send via WhatsApp or email, or call out the ID number over the phone.

  3. Redeem

    The more you shop, the more rewards you earn.

Need some help?

What notifications will I receive as a member?

We will send you exciting news and rewards from the Village; as we learn about your preferred brands we will send you rewards and news tailored to you.

How will I receive my personal code?

Shortly after you register you will receive a welcome email providing you with your personal code. It is also available on your member page once you log in.

Where can I scan my code?

Present your code to boutique staff at the till every time you shop to unlock treats and rewards. The more you scan your code, the more rewarding your visit becomes. Stars cannot be added post purchase.
